Motion Array is a leading platform for creative assets and part of the Artlist family, offering high-quality video templates, stock footage, music, and assets for filmmakers, editors, and content creators.

The Challenge

Motion Array were looking to create a promo that amplified their offering to the B2B market. Historically known for its extensive library of resources for freelancers and consumers, Motion Array wanted to effectively showcase its offering for businesses and agencies. The primary objective was to illustrate how the Motion Array library could enhance the speed and output quality of their design and animation teams, without being perceived as a replacement for their highly skilled in-house talent. It was important to position Motion Array Business as a powerful tool that made upskilling staff and enhancing their creative output possible.

The Solution

Artlist approached Buff with every studio's dream instructions – to create the video we wanted. They provided an initial script and key messages, granting us significant creative freedom to develop the visual concepts. We landed on the idea of using the ‘helping hand’ metaphor to illustrate Motion Array Enterprise in action. This concept visually represented the viewer's creative team as cursors, working seamlessly alongside Motion Array, personified by guiding hands. Together, the cursors and hands navigate the vast Motion Array library, showcasing how easily teams can integrate and utilise its diverse assets in their projects.

A key requirement was to prominently feature Motion Array's extensive categories, including video templates, presets, motion graphics, footage, music, sound effects, graphics, photos, and plugins. We strategically peppered these throughout the animation, demonstrating the breadth of resources available.

To underscore the quality and authenticity of the library, we integrated visuals that highlighted well-known and exceptional artists who contribute to Motion Array. Then to lend credibility to Motion Array's efficacy, we included visual references to organisations currently leveraging the platform in their work.

The Impact

We are thrilled with the final animation, and the client expressed immense satisfaction with the end result. The video successfully achieved the brief, effectively communicating Motion Array B2B value proposition. It powerfully demonstrates how the platform empowers creative teams, fosters seamless collaboration, and enhances efficiency without compromising the quality of their output. The animation confidently conveys that Motion Array Business is not a replacement for skilled designers, but rather an invaluable partner, helping businesses achieve better and faster creative results.
