“I love that my role is all about making the studio better. I really enjoy problem solving, working on strategy and supporting the team’s development. The fact that I work across all areas of the business is great too. It offers variety and is perfect for me as a jack of all trades!"

"My favourite thing about being Head of Production is the variety. My day involves so many different types of tasks and hats to wear which keeps it interesting. Plus I’m involved in every project that comes through the studio and get to work closely with the whole Buff team, which is an honour!"

"What I love most about my job is using new techniques (such as incorporating a new piece of software into my workflow) and refining existing ones to level up my work. I love mixing 2D and 3D styles. I like that working at Buff allows me to work on diverse projects from a wide array of clients rather than just one client or sector. As a Motion Designer, I could be involved in the whole process from start to finish or just a single section of it before handing it to someone else. Different parts of the creative process require you to think in different ways so I really enjoy having the variety."

I get to be curious, try new techniques, meet new people, and learn from them. I love being around people who are more skilled than me I never compare myself or feel intimidated because I keep my ego out of the game. I have an genuine interest in learning from everyone around me, no matter the age/experience, everyone has something to share, a story to tell, and it’s amazing learning new perspectives and new solutions to problems I’ve tackled. 

So being at Buff, an environment where I get to be curious and learn, is incredible, and I am very lucky!
