Howden is a specialist insurance broker creating and configuring insurance services to clients globally.
They approached us to create a set of 3D supergraphic sculptures for their Fine Art & Specie team. The illustrations were to be used across their printed and digital insurance resources as a library of interchangeable assets. The aim of the graphics was to enhance Howden’s insurance documentation with a series of relevant and detailed imagery, bringing life to the layouts.

For each insurance product, we worked closely with the client to come up with multiple options for the large central sculpture known as the ‘scene’, and a series of smaller ‘product’ elements to position around it. This composition allowed for display of multiple insurance products that vary greatly in scale - from small diamonds to large oil paintings. Marrying often abstract forms with realistic materials and lighting, the final series exists as a versatile asset bringing Howden’s insurance documentation to life.
The final deliverables were 11x 3D sculptures designed for print.

The final delivery supplied Howden’s digital and design teams with a highly flexible, proprietary library of 3D visual assets. By replacing generic, clinical stock imagery with bespoke isometric 3D illustrations, the new designs dramatically elevated the visual storytelling across their global digital platforms. This cohesive aesthetic successfully translated abstract risk management and insurance concepts into friendly, approachable, and tangible scenarios. Ultimately, the project gave Howden a modern, distinctive brand toolkit that stands out in the corporate B2B landscape while building a smooth pipeline for future 3D creative asset development.
