The brief called for high-quality, visually engaging digital content for in-store displays, the website, and social channels, focused on spotlighting the new menu items. The project involved producing around five videos in multiple aspect ratios, along with transitions and a pack of high-quality images.
Working closely with CHOPT’s requirements, we refined early creative explorations into a design that was both functional and aligned with the brand. The process began with a broad range of stylistic directions, which were gradually narrowed through the development of style frames and ongoing client feedback.
A key challenge was being able to integrate enough of the footage, such as salad shots and founder footage, provided by the CHOPT Team,into the short videos. Whilst also maintaining the clarity and readability, which did require some enhancements and adjustments to fit. Additionally, as this was CHOPT’s first time using animated boards within their stores, some initial expectations and reference points evolved throughout the project.


We delivered multiple high-quality video outputs in a range of aspect ratios, tailored for in-store displays, the website, and CHOPT’s social channels. Studio-shot menu footage supplied by the client was incorporated alongside all other provided assets to ensure consistency across platforms.
Some source assets required enhancement, including upscaling, frame-rate adjustments, and the integration of additional footage provided by the CHOPT team, such as studio salad shots, founder footage, and sauce visuals.
Enhancement tools such as Topaz, along with plugins like Boa, were used to improve asset quality without compromise and to achieve specific motion effects, including the signature salad spins.
Design choices were refined to align with the client’s visual preferences while keeping the messaging clear and impactful. Last-minute changes were managed efficiently through daily feedback and iterative updates, ensuring all imagery appeared correctly and at the intended moments throughout the project.

Through collaborative troubleshooting, our team navigated technical limitations and ensured all content met the specific format requirements across multiple use cases. The CHOPT team’s clear vision helped focus early creative explorations into a cohesive on-screen experience that prioritised readability and brand alignment.
Despite tight timelines, the project remained on schedule, and the final videos delivered clear, consistent messaging across touchpoints. The work supported CHOPT’s flagship store launch with their first animated menu boards, while also providing updated visual assets for their website and social channels.
