Nike - Let it Rip

We love this super retro animated commercial, celebrating “All American Hero” soccer player Megan Rapineo. The commercial is made in the style of 90’s classic Japanese anime, which is really fun. - “Reminds me of all the cartoons I watched as a kid. Plus a mega power-ballad to boot! (pun intended)”.

The animation and copywriting is awesome in these short clips about self-care by Super Dope, we love the hand character in particular. The video expresses a few very important messages, such as - "Try and balance things out with some movement. Get up, stretch those legs, and take a leisurely stroll outside. Rest can take many forms, just remember it’s not all or nothing.”

Channel 4 Ident

We have selected Channel 4 idents in the past in our inspiration blogs, but after their rebrand they just KEEP producing fantastic visuals… and this is epic! This is an incredible looping ident, which covers a huge variety of scenes of life in Britain. The ident uses a huge range of styles, from live-action, animation and full CG. Prepare to be fully immersed, we couldn't look away!

How incredible is this video from Thomas Blanchard, a French artist who likes to mix the arts. This was made with no FX, just paint oil and liquid soap! It’s really therapeutic to watch as it slowly transitions through circular movements.
